Roseville High School 2nd Annual Career Fair-Navigate Your Future

Roseville High School College & Career Center is hosting the 2nd Annual “Navigate Your Future” Career Fair. This is an opportunity for local businesses to come to the school and share their career path to our students as they begin to navigate their future! We are looking for professionals to share career paths and answer student questions as they browse through various occupations. We will provide table and chairs and ask that you have some sort of display and/or hand-outs that are pertinent to their careers. An appreciation luncheon provided by our own RHS Tiger Café will be provided for all of the community members who participate. Deadline to register is December 22, 2017.

56th Roseville Gem, Jewelry, Mineral, and Fossil Show

A fun family event, with educational activities, over 60 vendors, and many exhibits, throughout the fairgrounds. A full day of fun and something intriguing for everyone! Hosted by the Roseville Rock Rollers Gem and Mineral Society, a nonprofit organization. Join us for this annual educational event – Rain or shine! March 24 and 25, 2017

Over 60 vendors ~ full of activities, special exhibits, vendors inside and outside, bringing treasures from all over the world. Featuring: Crystals, Fossils, Minerals, Brilliant Ethiopian Opal, Beads, Gemstones, Gold Panning – take home real gold! Meteorites, and for Kids – “Education Station”. Also; World Class Mineral Specimens, Gold Nuggets and Nugget Jewelry, Prospecting equipment, detectors and supplies, Hand crafted jewelry, Petrified Wood, Tourmaline, Polished Stones, Jade, and Stone carvings. Watch Demonstrations in the Lapidary Arts & bid on Silent Auctions. Also, a full menu cafeteria to meet your needs for drink and food.

Free – Scientific Mineral and Gem ID! Bring your Rocks, Gems, Minerals, Meteorites, and Treasures, for a no-cost Expert Scientific Identification.

“Education Station” is the place to be for kids, scouts, and students, exploring the science behind rocks, minerals, geology, and fossils! This 2-day event is designed around education, with hands on opportunities, and rewarding experiences, the entire day. Come on out, and touch huge dinosaur bones, study the Science Boards, and then hunt for gems!
We bring the Museum to you, with over 35 unique exhibits – Raffle Prizes – Hourly Door Prizes – Fabulous Food!! Also, Open House in our Lapidary shop, on the Fairgrounds.
We are a non-profit (501C) – Come out and enjoy our annual fundraising show that supports our Roseville education center. ALSO YEAR ROUND – Do you or your kids like Rocks? How about making jewelry? Want to learn Lapidary – the cutting and polishing of stones? Ever wonder what that rock in the yard might be? Come visit our show, take a tour of our shop, and for kids get info on “Rookie Rock Rollers”. This is the “Roseville Rock Rollers” 56th Annual Show, but you can find us all the time @ with monthly educational meetings, for adults and kids @ the Roseville Fairgrounds on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00PM.

Chillin’ & Grillin’ BBQ, Party, & Auction

Experience the most anticipated event of summer. We completely transform our campus into a beautiful outdoor venue for an event to support Great Futures at the Club and kick off the summer season in style. Join us for the opportunity to see friends and community members with access to a premiere silent and live auction. $35 per person, all proceeds benefit the youth of Boys & Girls Club of Placer County. Event will take place rain or shine. Must be 21 years of age or older to attend.

How to Stay Healthy for the Holidays Talk

‘How to Stay Healthy for the Holidays’ is a FREE education talk put on by Remedy Rx Pharmacy featuring Dr. Kristine Trockels.
