Thank You PCAR!

Quarterly each year the 5 Chambers (Auburn, Lincoln, Loomis, Rocklin, and Roseville) come together to host a Joint Economic Development & Government Affairs Meeting hosted by the Placer County Association of Realtors (PCAR). Members from each Chamber came together to hear presentations from State Fire Marshal, Daniel Berlant, as well as 2023 Placer County Association of Realtors (PCAR) President, David Uhte.

During his presentation, Uhte shared a market watch summary for all of Placer County. The data showed that we are currently in a seller’s market with homes selling at 96% of asking price and a median sales price of $660,000. It also showed that listings have increased and interest rates are on the decline building some possible optimism going into 2024. You can view the full presentation HERE.

I would like to recognize PCAR, not only for sponsoring all of our joint meetings, but also for their generous giving through their charitable foundation. This year alone they donated $59,500 to local charities, as well as $30,000 in scholarships to 30 local students. Overall, they have donated an astounding $822,252.76 since 2011!
