Conference Rooms

One of the benefits of your Chamber membership is usage of our conference rooms. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis during normal business days (not holidays) 8:45 a.m. through 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. Each member can schedule up to 10 hours maximum per month for all rooms combined without facing an additional charge of $25 per hour. The rooms can be scheduled three (3) months in advance.

Rooms
  • Board Room (seats up to 30)
  • Conference Room 1 (seats up to 12)
  • Conference Room 2 (seats up to 10)

 

To get started please fill out the conference room policies agreement and return to info@rosevilleareachamber.com to get set up on our online platform.
